At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Backflow ID |
This field is automatically populated by the system with a database generated ID. |
Device Number |
This field allows you to identify the backflow device with a unique, alpha-numeric ID. |
Library Code |
This field allows you to choose a library code from the pick list. The list comes from the Backflow Library module. Upon selecting a library code, the manufacturer, model number, and size information will be carried over to the corresponding fields in the Attributes tab. |
Inactive Checkbox |
Mark this box if you would like to indicate that the backflow preventer is inactive. |
Note: The Device Number and Library Code are required in order to save the record.
