At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Vault ID |
This field allows you to choose a vault from the pick list (the vault must exist in the Vault/Structure Inventory module). To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press F9. |
Vault Number |
Upon selecting a vault above, this field will be automatically populated by the system with the number of the vault. |
Last Inspection |
This field allows you to enter the date the inspection occurred. |
Note: The Vault ID and Last Inspection fields are required in order to save the record.
