The Monitoring tab features five different groupings of fields that allow you to document the motor and seal condition, as well as electrical monitoring, vibration monitoring, temperature monitoring, and rotational monitoring details. These fields are described below:

The voltage of each leg on a three phase motor. |
L.R. Amps |
The locked rotor amperes on each leg on a three phase motor. |
Running Amps |
The running amperes of each leg on a three phase motor. |
Vibration Monitoring |
Description |
VM Pump |
The vibration reading in inches per second at the pump. |
VM Motor |
The vibration reading in inches per second at the motor. |
VM Shaft |
The vibration reading in inches per second at the shaft. |
VM Reducer |
The vibration reading in inches per second at the reducer. |
VM Frame |
The vibration reading in inches per second at the frame. |
Temperature Monitoring |
Description |
TM MCC |
The temperature reading in degrees fahrenheit on the motor controller. |
TM Motor |
The temperature reading in degrees fahrenheit on the motor. |
TM Bearing |
The temperature reading in degrees fahrenheit on the bearing. |
TM Lighting |
The temperature reading in degrees fahrenheit on the lighting. |
Rotational Monitoring |

1st Speed |
The motor revolutions per minute. |
2nd Speed |
If the motor has two speeds, record the second speed in this field. |
