At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Hydrant ID |
This field allows you to choose a Hydrant ID from the pick list (the hydrant must exist in the Hydrant Inventory module). To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press F9. |
Hydrant Number |
Upon selecting a Hydrant ID, this field is automatically populated with the number associated with that Hydrant. |
Inspection Date |
This field allows you to record the date the inspection occurred. |
Note: The Hydrant ID and Inspection Date are required in order to save the record.
