The Location tab stores the supply source's address and general location, along with mapping information. You can include the map page number, GPS data, elevations, and X/Y coordinates.

This field allows you to tie the supply source to a building in the Facility program. Then any equipment that is tied to that building will appear in the Other Equipment grid. Note: If this field is populated, all equipment listed in the Other Equipment grid will also appear in the Equipment tab of the associated building’s inventory record (in the Facility Building module). |
Building Name field |
The Building Name field is automatically populated with the name of the building that was entered in the Alt. Bldg. No. field. |
Note: The Integration w/ Facility; water option must be turned on for the Alt Bldg No field to be activated.
