The Attribute 2 tab stores location and mapping information as well as associations with other water records. You can record the pipe's general location, map number, depth, and elevation information. You are not required to record GPS coordinate data in these fields, particularly if you use a geodatabase to maintain this information. These fields are only provided for your convenience.
The GIS SubType Text field is automatically filled if subtypes are defined in the GIS system. You can only edit this field in the GIS geodatabase environment. If your system is not integrated with GIS, this field will not be available.

Project Number Field |
This field allows you to identify the construction project number under which this pipe was created. Press F9 or click the field caption button to access the pick list. This list comes from the Construction Records (Construction Records, http://support.lucitycom/downloads/helpmovies/675/Sewer/constructionrecods.wrf) module. Note: You cannot add a construction project number from this module. construction projects must be added in the Construction Records module. This field only allows you to enter valid, pre-defined, project numbers. |
Benefit District # |
This field allows you to identify the benefit district where the pipe is located. |
Associations Grid |
This grid allows you to associate related assets with this record. You can then view the associated records from this grid. Follow the link below for information on adding an associated record. |
