Inspections Tab

The Inspection tab has several fields to provide quick information about the most recent inspection and a grid with a list of all inspections for the storm structure. The records in this grid come from the Storm Structure Inspection module.

Last Inspected	This is populated from the Date Inspected field of the most recent inspection.
Overall Cond	This is populated from the Condition field on the Defect Summary tab of the most recent inspection.
Next Inspection Date	This field is filled out by a user to indicate when the next inspection will occur.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

Right-click in the grid to add a record
Right-click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Double-click on an existing record to open it

How To Add an Inspection Record

Right-click in the Inspection grid and select Add Record. The Storm Basin Inspection module will open to a new record.
Fill out the Date Inspected. This is required. The Detention Basin is required too, but when adding a record this way it is automatically filled.
Fill out any other desired fieldsSave and Close
The inspection record will appear in the Inspection grid and the Last Inspection and Condition fields will be updated on the Basin record.
