Street Signs Tab

This tab tracks any street signs associated with the traffic regulation.  You can sort items in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.  Click the heading again to change directions. You can use the functions in the grid to add new records, view existing records, delete existing records, and create or load subsets.

Note: Each record in this grid must be unique. Duplicate signs are not allowed.

Add New Records

To add street sign records to the grid, complete the steps below:

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.  The following window will appear:

   

2. Click on the Sign Rec No button or press F9 to access the pick list.  Use the list to select a street sign previously recorded in the Sign module.  Once you have selected a street sign, the information in the grayed-out fields will be carried over from the Sign Inventory module.  You cannot edit the information in these fields.  For additional information on the Sign Inventory module, please reference the Sign Inventory help guide.
3. Click to save the record.
4. Click to exit Add Mode.
5. Click to close the window.

Viewing or Deleting Existing Records

You can view or delete an existing sign record by Right-clicking on the record and selecting View Record or Delete Record.
