The first attribute tab records the action date, crew, and condition of the equipment at the time of the inspection. You can track the overall condition, mounting condition, and visibility. A text field is provided to record additional information. This tab also allows you to create a due date for the next inspection.
Note: The Action Date is required in order to save the record.
