At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Bridge Record Number |
This field allows you to link your inspection record to an existing Bridge Inventory record. To select an existing Bridge Record Number from the pick list, click on the field caption button or press the F9 key. |

Bridge Number Bridge Name |
Once you have selected a Bridge Record Number, the system automatically fills the corresponding Bridge Number and Bridge Name from the inventory record. |
