At the top of the Traffic Accident Data Entry window you will see header data. These fields remain at the top of your screen when you use the tabs to navigate through the record. They contain unique identification information for each traffic accident. The Accident ID number is automatically generated by the system. The other field in the header contains the local case number, the name of the street the accident occurred on, and the name of the street the accident occurred at. The information in this field comes from data entered by the user in the Accident tab. This field is automatically populated by the system when the record is saved.
Note: These fields cannot be edited by the user.
