Warranty Number *

Specifies the user-defined, unique ID for the warranty.

Expiration Date

Indicates the date the warranty expires.

This field interacts with the Work Orders module. If the warranty has not expired, and the related Asset is added to a Work Order as an asset, the system will notify the user of the open warranty.

Mileage Coverage *

Indicates the mileage covered by the warranty period (e.g. 30,000 miles) on a Fleet item.

Starting Mileage *

Indicates the fleet asset's odometer reading at the start of the warranty period.

Ending Mileage *

Represents the odometer reading at the end of the warranty period. Automatically calculated as:

Mileage Coverage + Starting Mileage
