The header fields contain general information to identify, describe, and locate each record. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

A unique identifier for the piece of equipment being read. This ID number links the Equipment Reading record to an existing Equipment Inventory record. Click on a field name or press F9 within a field for a list of Equipment Inventory records. |
Employee |
The name of the employee who performed the reading. |

* Must form a unique combination with the Current Reading Date/Time found on the Readings tab.
