Sub-Tasks Tab

This tab contains a grid allowing users to record all sub-tasks associated with the task.  These tasks ar added to the Task grid on all work orders created from this task.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

How To Add a Sub-Task Record

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.  The Sub-Tasks window will open.

  2. Select a Task from the pick-list. 

    Note:  The Task is required in order to save the record.  Upon saving the record, the system will automatically fill the Project Rec # and Sub-Task ID fields.

  3. Enter the Task Start Date, Estimated Completion Date, and Actual Completion Date.
  4. Type additional comments in the text field provided.
  5. Click to save the record.
  6. Click to close the window.
