Toolkit

The Toolkit in the Planning and Budgeting > Fiscal Year module provides the following functions:

Recalculate Fiscal Year Totals

Computes the current fiscal year totals on demand, instead of waiting until the nightly recalculation.

Note: This Toolkit function allows you to update the calculations on-demand; however, the Lucity PM Service also runs these calculations each night.

Replicate Fiscal Year

Uses data from a previous Fiscal Year record to create a new Fiscal Year record. The new record includes all departments, tasks, cost estimates, quantities, and expended budgets.

How To Recalculate Fiscal Year Totals

Click on the module toolbar to open the Toolkit. The following window will appear:
Select Recalculate Fiscal Year Totals and click .
The fields will automatically be recalculated.

How To Replicate Fiscal Year

Create a new Fiscal Year record and enter the Fiscal Year, Start Date, and End Date in the header. Then, save the record.
Click on the module toolbar to open the Toolkit. The following window appears:
Select Replicate Fiscal Year and click . The following window appears:
Select the fiscal year from which to copy.
Note: A previous Fiscal Year record must exist in the database in order for it to be copied.
