Create a Subset

This option allows you to select a group of asset records and create a subset.

To create a subset, complete the following steps:

1. Highlight the asset records you want included in the subset.
2. Right-click and select Subsets > Create Subset.

   

3. Name the new subset. 

   Note: If you click the green arrow in the bottom left corner, you will see a list of existing subset names (duplicate names are not permitted).

   

4. Click to save the subset name.
