The header fields in the Facility Valve Inventory contain general information used to identify each valve. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.
Site Rec # |
The system-defined unique identifier for the site associated with the valve. Click the field caption or press F9 for a list of sites. |
Site Alt ID |
The user-defined, unique identifier for the site associated with the valve. The system automatically completes this field when the user enters the Site Rec #. |
Site Name |
The name of the site. The system automatically completes this field when the user enters the Site Rec #. |
Irr Valve Rec # |
The system-defined, unique identifier for the valve. |
Alt Valve ID * |
The user-defined, unique identifier for the valve. |
Description |
A user defined name/description for the valve. |
Type |
Indicates the type of valve the record represents. |
Status |
Enables users to mark the valve's current status. Any value greater than 950 is considered to be out of service. Work Orders cannot be created manually or by PMs for assets that are out of service. |
