Park Checklist Library

The Park Checklist Library module stores lists of procedures that should be performed during park inspections. Users can create multiple checklists to customize inspection procedures for each type of park asset.

Note: To view an explanation of any field, Ctrl + right click in that field.

To access the Park Checklist Library module, select Trees/Parks > Park > Inspection Checklist Library. The following window appears:

Header Data

The header fields in the Park Checklist Library contain general information used to identify each list of inspection items. The header appears at the top of the module window.

Field	Function
Checklist Rec #	The system-generated ID number for this list.
Checklist Name **	The unique name used to identify the checklist when loading it into an Inspection module.
Asset Type	The type of asset associated with this inspection checklist. A checklist can only be loaded into an Inspection module associated with the particular asset type.

Checklist Items Tab

The Checklist Items tab stores the checklist items associated with this list.

Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record, or Load Inspection Checklist.
Double-click on an existing record to open it.
Reorder arrow buttons appear at the bottom of the grid. Select a checklist item in the grid and use the up or down arrow to change its position in the checklist.
