The General tab provides anActivity field that enables users to describe the milestone activity in detail. Beneath the Activity description is a grid that tracks changes that have been made to the milestone activity, as well as convenient Last Modified By and Last Modified Date information.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether the data appear in ascending or descending order.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, or Edit Record.
Double-click on an existing record to open it.
How the Date Change History Grid is filled out
When a user edits a milestone record, changes the date, the following pop-up will appear when they save:
The date fields are automatically calculated.
Select a Reason from the list (required).
Describe the purpose for the change in the Modified Reason field (required).
The Changed By and Last Modified Date fields are automatically updated.
Click the Save button.
The change to the Milestone dates is automatically saved on the General tab.
