The Plant module header contains general information used to identify, describe, and locate each plant. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Plant ID * |
Denotes the user-defined, unique identifier for the plant. |
Plant Name |
Identifies the plant by name. |
Plant Rec # |
Denotes the system-defined, unique identifier for the plant. |
Operating Status |
Describes the current state of the plant (e.g., Operational, Planned, Non-Operational, Retired, etc.). Any code value less than 950 is considered currently operational and in use. A value of 950 or greater is considered nonoperational. Note: PM's do now allow nonoperational assets to be added to work orders. |
Use |
Identifies the purpose of the plant, as selected from a user-defined list. |
Property ID Tag |
Specifies which property from the Customer Address module is associated with the plant. Click the field caption button or press F9 for list of Address records. |
Address |
Identifies the physical location of the plant. |
