Toolkit

The Toolkit in the Contract Estimates module provides the following function:

How to Run the "Create Project PO Record Linked to the Current Record" Tool.

1. Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window appears:

   

2. Select the toolkit function and click . The tool confirms that the Approved box is checked on the record.
   • If the box is not checked, the system will warn you that the estimate must be approved before a PO can be created.
   • If the box is checked, the Project PO module will open and display a new PO containing information carried over from the Contract Estimates record.
3. Enter a PO Number (required).
4. Complete other fields as desired.
5. Save and close the record. The system automatically applies the PO Number from the PO record to the Contract Estimates record.
