The Notices/Violations/Corrections tab tracks all violations found during the inspection. It is also used to track any notices the agency sends and any corrective actions taken on the part of the customer in relation to the inspection.
Notices/Warnings/Violations Grid
This Notices/Warnings/Violations grid tracks all warnings, notices and violations associated with this inspection of this asset.
Violations entered here appear in this grid and in the corresponding grid in the BMP Asset module.
The records selected in this grid control which records are displayed in the Corrective Actions grid below it.
The Notices and Violations records selected here come from the Storm > BMPs > Setup > Violations module.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicate whether data appear in ascending or descending order.
Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Select a Notice/Violation record from the Notices and Violations grid. The new Corrective Action record will be associated with this Notice/Violation.
Right-click in the Corrective Actions grid and select Add Record. The following pop-up appears:
Enter the Corrective Action (required). Click on the field name or press F9 within the field for a list of actions.
Enter the Notification Date (required).
Complete other fields as desired.
Save and close the record.
Corrective Actions
This grid tracks the corrective actions related to the record selected in the Notice/Warning/Violations grid. The Corrective Actions records selected here come from the Storm > BMPs > Setup > Corrective Actions module.
