The Equipment tab is used to link records from the Equipment Inventorymodule to a Water Pump record. Note that this tab only appears if the Integration with Equipment option is enabled in the Water Optionmodule.
A sample of the Equipment grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.
Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record, or View Equipment Record.
Right-click in the Equipment grid and select Add Record. The following pop-up appears:
Fill out the Equipment ID field using one of the following methods:
Click the Equipment ID button for a pop-up list of equipment. Select a piece of equipment from the list.
Click in the field and press F9 for a pop-up list of equipment. Select a piece of equipment from the list.
If the Pump record has a matching Equipment record, click in the field and press F5. The system will automatically complete the field with the Pump Number, which links the pump to the piece of equipment with the same ID number.
Save and close the record. The associated Equipment record now appears in the grid.
