Many work employees are required to complete continuing education courses or professional development hours and obtain various certifications. The Work provides you with this module to create Certification records and then identify lists of employees who have been granted each certification. This module is linked to the Employee Classes module. There, you'll record all classes required to complete each certification. The necessary classes will then be identified in this module's tabs.
Note: If the "Supervisor Manages Certifications" function is turned on in Work Options, only an employee's supervisor will be allowed to add, edit, or delete Certification records for that employee. The system will check the Supervisor's login ID to ensure that only the authorized individual has access to these records.

To access the Certifications module, select Work > Employee Cert/Classes > Certifications and the following window will appear.
