Checklist Setup

This module is to setup checklist templates for the Utility Locates module. The module consists of a Checklist Name field to identify the checklist, and a grid to contain the checklist items.

To access the Checklist Setup module, select Work > Utility Locates > Checklist Setup.

Checklist Items grid

This grid contains a list of things that need to happen during the utility locate. This list can be manually populated with records or it can be loaded with items from another checklist template from this module.

How To Create and populate a Checklist

  1. Add a new record
  2. Enter a name in the Checklist Name field. This field is required and must be unique.
  3. Save the record.
  4. Right-click in the Checklist Items grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear

  5. Enter a Description to the Checklist Item. Save and close the record.
  6. The item will automatically be added to the Check list record.

How To Load an Inspection Checklist

  1. Right-click in the Checklist grid and select Load Inspection Checklist. The following selection list will appear

  2. Click on the desired checklist and click Select.
  3. The Checklist will be loaded into the grid.
