The header fields contain general information to identify each furniture inspection. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

This is the system record number for the furniture record. It is automatically filled out when the Furniture Number is filled out. |
Furniture Number ** |
This specifies which furniture the inspection is for. Click the caption button or click in the field and push F9 for a pop-up list of furnitures to select from. |
Most Recent Inspection |
This is automatically checked when the inspection is saved if it is the most recent inspection. When a newer inspection is created for a piece of furniture this is unchecked on previous inspections. |

* This field combined with the Action Date must form a unique combination.
