The header fields contain general information to identify each discharge Point inspection. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

This is the system record number for the valve record. It is automatically filled out when the Valve Number is filled out. |
Discharge Number ** |
This specifies which valve the inspection is for. Click the caption button or click in the field and push F9 for a pop-up list of valves to select from. |
Most Recent Inspection |
This is automatically checked when the inspection is saved if it is the most recent inspection. When a newer inspection is created for a valve this is unchecked on previous inspections. |
Date Inspected ** |
This is the date that the inspection was performed on. |
Inspection By |
This allows users to store the name of the person or agency that did the inspection using a pick-list. |
