Inspections Tab

The Inspections tab stores information about all of the inspections that have been performed on the discharge point. There are several fields at the top that store information from the most recent inspection.

General Condition

This field is updated from the General Condition field of the most recent inspection.

Date Inspected

This field is updated from the Date Inspected field of the most recent inspection.

Next Insp Date

This field is updated from the Next Insp Date field of the most recent inspection.

Inspection gird

The inspection grid contains a list of all inspections that have been performed on the discharge point.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

How To Add an Inspection

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The Storm Discharge Point Inspection module will open to a new record.
  2. Enter the Date Inspected.
  3. Fill out any other desired fields.
  4. Save and Close the record.
  5. The inspection will appear in the inspection grid. The fields will be updated as well, but users might need to use the refresh button on the toolbar to see the changes.
