The Details tab provides more specific information about the subsegment in relation to the model. Most of this information is carried down from the supersegment modeling results.

Next Rehab Year |
If a minimum life was indicated, the system will calculate the next available rehab year in this field. |
Surface After Maint |
If this street was selected, the pavement surface will be reset to this type after the rehabilitation is complete. This is determined in the Rehab per Pavement/Classification module. |
Rehab Post Count |
This field reflects the new rehab group number after rehabilitation is complete. This may change if the pavement surface type changed during the rehabilitation. |
Rehab Key Zone |
This checkbox will be marked by the system if the supersegment was in a key zone based on its PCI. Key Zone streets have a higher rehabilitation priority. |
Selected |
This checkbox will be marked by the system if the supersegment was selected for rehabilitation in the model run. |
Forced Skip Selection |
This checkbox will be marked by the system if this supersegment was included in the Planning Table as a Forced Year to Work street and the "No Rehab Before" checkbox was marked. This would ensure that this street was not selected for rehabilitation prior to the forced year to work. |
Forced Selection |
This checkbox will be marked by the system if this supersegment was included in the Planning Table as a Forced Year to Work street. |
Total Cost |
This is the total cost of performing maintenance on this subsegment. |
Backlog |
This checkbox is marked if the supersegment's PCI fell below the Max Backlog PCI but it isn't selected because it would put the year over budget. |
