Header Data and Activities Items tab

The header data appears at the top of the module window.

Activity Library Rec#	This is a number auto-filled by the system.
Activity Library Name *	Enter a name for the Activity Library

Activities Items tab

This is the only tab for this module. It has a grid that stores links to the Master Project Activity records. When a Activities Library is loaded it pulls in all of the Activities in this grid.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

Right-click in the grid to Add Record, or Load from Activities Library.
Right-click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record, or Load from Activities Library.
Double-click on an existing record to open it
At the bottom of the grid there are reorder arrows. Select an Activity item in the grid and use the up down arrows to change it's position in the checklist.
