Utility Members

The Utility Members module allows agencies to setup different utility companies or agencies that they regularly deal with.

To access the Utility Members module go to Work > Utility Locates > Utility Members.

At the top of the module window users can enter the utility and the primary contact.

Member Code *

A user-defined code, and the Name of the Utility company/agency

The bottom part of the utility screen has a Contacts grid that stores alternate contact information.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

How To Add a Contact

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. A contact record will open up.
  2. Enter a Name. This is required.
  3. Fill out any other desired fields.
  4. Save and Close the records.
