Transformer Bank Header Data

At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Field Name	Definition
Transform Bank Rec #	This field contains a number automatically generated by the system.
Transform Bank Number	This field allows you to enter a unique, alphanumeric identifier for the transformer bank.
Address	The address is made up of a building number and a street name. With the street name validation turned on, the street names entered in the record will be restricted to those available in the current Street Name List.
Cross Street	This field allows you to select the cross street at the transformer bank location from the Street Name List.
Installation Date	Use this field to record the date on which the transformer bank was installed.
Type	Use this code-description field to identify the type of transformer bank in the record.
Status	This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the transformer bank's active status.

Note: The Transform Bank Number is required in order to save the record.
