At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field contains a number automatically generated by the system. |
BusBar Number |
This field allows you to enter a unique, alphanumeric identifier for the bus bar. |
Type |
Use this code-description field to identify the type of bus bar in the record. For example, types may include substation buses or distribution substation buses. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the bus bar's active status. |
Name |
Use this field to include a user-defined bus bar name. |
Installation Date |
Use this field to record the date on which the bus bar was installed. |
Switch Fac Number |
This field allows you to associate your bus bar with an existing Switching Station record. To access the pick list, press F9 or click on the field caption button. |
Note: The Bus Bar Number is required in order to save the record.
