At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to enter a unique, alphanumeric identifier for the span guy. |
From and To Support Struc Numbers |
These fields allow you to link your span guy to two existing Support Structure Inventory records, indicating the beginning and ending structures for the span. To access the pick lists, click on the field caption buttons or press F9. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the span guy's active status. |
Type |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the type of span guy in the record. |
Installation Date |
Use this field to record the date on which the span guy was installed. |
Note |
This large text field allows you to record additional notes about the span guy. |
Note: The Span Guy Number is required in order to save the record.
