At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to enter a unique, alphanumeric identifier for the support structure. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the structure's active status. |
Manufacturer |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to identify the manufacturer of the support structure. |
Type |
Use this code-description field to identify the type of structure in the record. Sample types include poles and H-frames. |
Usage Type |
Use this code-description field to identify additional details about the way in which the structure is used. For example, support structures can be located overhead, on the ground surface, or underground, and can support both electrical transmission and distribution equipment. |
Installation Date |
Use this field to record the date on which the structure was installed. |
Model |
This text field allows you to identify the manufacturer's model name or number for the structure. |
Note: The Support Struc Number is required in order to save the record.
