At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field contains a database generated, unique ID. |
Road Number |
This field allows you to create a user-defined number to identify your roadway. Note: This field is required in order to save the record. |
Road Name |
This field allows you to create a user-defined name to identify your roadway. |
Note: You can associate road attributes, segments, ramps, and assets with the roadway using a pick list in each Road module. To help you select the proper roadway, be sure to create easily recognizable road numbers and names.
