Classes Taken By Employee Grid

This grid displays all classes taken by the employee towards the certification in the record. A sample of the grid appears below. You can sort the records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow will appear (circled in red below) signifying ascending or descending order. Click the headings again to change directions.

• The records in this grid are stored in read-only format. To view a list of classes taken by a particular employee, highlight a listing in the Employees grid. The display in this grid will change based on which employee is selected.
• Records are added to this grid via the Employee Classes module. For additional information, consult the Classes help guide.

  The relationships between these two modules allow you to easily track which employees have received certifications as well as what classes each employee has taken towards those certifications.
