Reset Password

Each user can define their own password. To change your password, follow the steps below:

1. Select Help > Reset Password. The following prompt will appear:

   

2. Enter the current Lucity password into the Old password field.
3. Enter a New password.
4. Enter the new password again to confirm it.

   Note: The minimum length of the password is set by the system administrators. The maximum password length is 20 characters. Passwords are case sensitive, and can use any standard characters and symbols. (UTF 8 characters)

5. Click OK.
6. The password will be set.
