The user controls are found in the top right corner of the screen and appear as the user Login ID. When the ID is click users are shown some information about about themselves given the option to View Notification Log, Logout, or Change Password.
User's Name |
The user's first and last name |
Users Email Address |
The email address linked to the user. This is done in the Security program. |
Employee Code |
The Employee Code that the user's login is linked to. This is done in the Work Flow Setup > Employee module. |
Default Group |
The Default Rules Group that the user is assigned. Some parts of the application will display differently based on this group and the current settings. |
Logout * |
Logs the user out. |
Change Password * |
Allows the user to change their Lucity password. |
View Notification Log |
Displays a list of all notifications the user has received during the current session. |
* These options will only appear if the user is logged in using application authentication instead of Windows authentication.
