Scheduled Tasks are designed to push inspection data from Lucity into the related GIS feature class. The setup for these tasks currently allow users to specify a set of records and control how the feature class will be updated.
Triggering a Scheduled Task
Currently tasks must be run manually.
Open the Geodatabase Configuration and select the task.
Click the Run Task Now button at the bottom.
Considerations
Which inspections should show up in the feature class?
Select the inspection feature class configuration to setup a scheduled task for, from the tree on the left hand sid of the Geodatabase Configuration form.
Right-click on the Feature Class and select Add > Scheduled Task.
An entry will be added under the Feature Class configuration and the Scheduled Task form will be displayed.
Under Filter Options select whether the task will process all records (default) or process a Filtered set.
If using a FIltered set click the Select Filter button. This will bring up a list of filters that were created and saved in the related Lucity module.
Under Options set how the scheduled task should behave when populating the feature class.
Only process records modified since last run date - This option checks through the records that were selected for process and only processes inspections that were edited since that last time the Task was run. The last run date is seen in the Last run field.
Insert record if it doesn't already exist - This option allows the task to add inspection records from Lucity into the feature class if they do not already exist in the feature class.
Update existing record - This option allows the task to update existing records in the feature class.
Delete previous inspection(s) for asset - This option causes the task to delete any inspection in the feature class that isn't the most recent inspection for an asset.
To run the task click the Run Task Now button.
Note: The other sections on this form are currently disabled.
To delete the scheduled from a feature class, select the scheduled task listed under the feature class from the tree on the Geodatabase Configuration form.
Right-click on the scheduled task and choose Delete.
