The Inspection Setup tab stores general inspection data, such as the inspection date, the inspection crew, purpose, prior maintenance, and overall pipe condition. Some fields in this tab have a unique purpose or are required to save the record. These are described in the table below:
| Field Name | Use/Purpose |
| Date Inspected
 | Use this field to indicate the date the inspection took place. Note: This field is required in order to save the record. |
| Inspection Direction | This field allows you to indicate the direction in which the inspection was performed (i.e. upstream to downstream or downstream to upstream). Note: This field is required in order to save the record. |
| Tape ID | If a TV Inspection was performed, use this field to include the identification number of the tape. |
| Counter Start Counter Stop | If a TV Inspection was performed, use these fields to include the numbers on the tape counter where the pipe inspection begins and ends. |
| Percent Full | Use this field to indicate what percentage of the pipe was full of water or debris. |
| Flow Depth | The total depth of liquid and obstructions, in inches, measured to the nearest quarter inch. |
| Debris Depth | The approximate depth of obstructions flowing/settling in the pipe, in inches. |
| Debris Type | The type of obstructions observed in the pipe during the inspection. |
| Flow Velocity | Flow speed in the pipe measured in feet per second. |
| Cleaning Rec | Use this field to indicate if the inspector recommends cleaning for the pipe. |
| Total Structure # Field | The Total Structure # field automatically sums all the assigned structure numbers from the Structure # field in each observation record. This number can then be used to determine the overall condition of the pipe. |
| Next Insp Date | The date for the next recommended inspection. |
