Table Name	Legend
SWNETMH	A = everything can be transferred.
	B = everything is already transferred.
	C = the Structure field is blank, or duplicated within the context of the import.
	D = the structure value is duplicated within the context of the import.
	E = this structure currently exits in Structure Inventory, transferring this record will update the values from non-null fields in the import to the Structure Inventory module for the record. Note: If E is not checked and A is checked, then a new record will be inserted into Structure Inventory.
SWNET	A = everything can be transferred.
	B = everything is already transferred.
	C = the US Structure or DS Structure field is blank
	D = the US Structure value + DS Structure value is duplicated within the context of the import
	E = this US Structure/DS Structure combination currently exists in Pipe Inventory and transferring this record will update the values from non-null fields in the import to the Pipe Inventory record. Note: If E is not checked and A is checked, then a new record will be inserted into Pipe Inventory.
SWTVLINE	A = everything can be transferred.
	B = everything is already transferred.
	C = one or more of the following fields is blank: US Structure, DS Structure, Date Inspected, or TV Direction
	D = the US Structure value + DS Structure value + Date Inspected + TV Direction + Time Inspected is duplicated within the context of the import
	E = this inspection currently exits in TV Inspections and cannot be re-imported
	F = the Pipe Inventory record for this inspection does not exist; therefore, the inspection cannot be added to TV Inspections
SWTVOBSR	A = everything can be transferred.
	B = everything is already transferred.
	C = one or more of the following fields is blank: US Structure, DS Structure, Date Inspected, TV Direction, Footage, or the observation number is blank.
	D = the US Structure value + DS Structure value + Date Inspected + TV Direction + Time Inspected + Footage + Observation Number is duplicated within the context of the import
	E = this observation currently exits in TV Inspections and cannot be re-imported
