This tab allows you to record general data about the daily work inspection. The fields in this tab have special functions. These are described below:
| Field Name | Special Function | 
| Contractor | This field allows you to identify the individual or company contracted to perform the inspection. Press F9 to select from the user-defined pick list. This list is shared with the list on the Contractors tab. | 
| Weather | This field allows you to indicate the weather conditions at the time of the inspection. | 
| Master Project ID Project ID | Using the Project ID field, you can select a Master Project and Project with which to associate your Daily Inspection record. Press F9 to access the pick list. This list comes from the Project Management modules. | 
| Account # Proj No - Acct | This data is carried over by the system when a Work Order # is selected in the header. If your Work Order system is set to integrate with an outside financial accounting system, the proper account numbers will be displayed here. | 
| Project Text | This data is carried over by the system when a Work Order # is selected in the header. This field can display an alternate, user-defined project identifier. | 
| Total Insp Time (hrs) | This is a calculated field totaling up inspection times from each individual inspection record on the Construction Activity tab. | 
| Total Travel Time (hrs) | This is a calculated field totaling up all travel time (to and from) for each individual inspection record on the Construction Activity tab. |
