Inventory Integration Setup

To ensure successful integration between the Lucity and the InForum Gold Inventory module, the following must occur within the Work Orders module:

• Work orders must list the actual material usage in each resource record (as opposed to listing only the estimated amount).

  Note: Records that do not have an actual quantity listed will not be imported.

• Once a record is imported, it will be marked so the record will not re-imported at a later date. Any changes made in the desktop after a record is imported, will not be reflected in Eden automatically (i.e. changes will have to be made manually within Eden). If this occurs, users will be prompted.

Important:  In order for this integration to work properly, the unit of measure pick-list in the desktop needs to include all of the issue unit and issue unit descriptions available in the Eden InForum Gold software.
