Creating a Subset

1. Highlight the records in the grid that you wish to include in the subset.
2. Right-click and select Subset > Create Subset. The following pop-up will appear:

   

3. Name the new subset. 

   Note: If you click the green arrow at the bottom-left of the New Subset window, you will see a list of existing subset names; duplicate names are not permitted.

4. Click to save the subset name.
