Warranty Number *

The user-defined ID for the warranty.

Expiration Date

Records the date the warranty expires.

This field interacts with the Work Orders module. If the warranty is not expired and the warranty's related asset is added to work order as an asset, a message will appear with a warranty notice.

Mileage Coverage *

For a fleet item, this field can indicate the mileage covered by the warranty period (e.g. 30,000 miles).

Starting Mileage *

For a fleet item, this field can indicate the asset's odometer reading at the start of the warranty period.

Ending Mileage *

Represents what the odometer reading will be at the end of the warranty period. Automatically calculated by:
