Roadway/Recommendations

The Roadway/Recommendations tab provides fields that track the condition of the roadway around the structure. There are also comment fields that allow users to provide more information of their observations.

The bottom of the tab contains a grid that allows users enter recommendations for repair of the structure. These can be added during the inspection or later upon reviewing the inspection.

A sample of the grid appears below.

• Right-click in the grid to add a record.
• Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record.
• Double-click on an existing record to open it.
• Reorder arrows appear at the bottom of the grid. Select a checklist item in the grid and use the arrows to change its position in the checklist.

How To Add a Recommendation

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.
2. The following pop-up will appear:

   

3. Enter the Recommendation.
4. Save and Close the record.
