The Weir Inspection header fields contain general information used to identify the weir that was inspected, as well as the date of the inspection. The header appears the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

The user-defined ID of the inspected structure, as chosen from the Weir Inventory module. Click the field caption or press F9 for a list of Weir records. |
Most Recent Inspect |
Indicates whether the selected Weir Inspection record represents the most recent inspection for this weir. The system uses the Reading Date to make this determination. |
Reading Date ** |
The date the inspection took place. Press the space bar to populate this field with the current date (i.e., the date on your system clock), or use the drop-down menu to select a date. |
Employee |
The employee that performed the inspection. |
Reading Value |
A field to store a measurement is relation to the weir. |
Purpose |
The purpose to the inspection. |
Unique ID |
Allows the user to define an ID for the Inspection. |
Overall Condition |
Allows the user to mark the general condition of the weir. |
Next Inspection Date |
Enter the date that the next inspection should occur. |
