Plant Header Data

The header contains general information used to identify, describe, and locate each plant. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Field

Function

Plant ID *

The user-defined, unique identifier for the plant.

Plant Name

Identifies the plant by name.

Plant Rec #

The system-defined, unique identifier for the plant.

Operating Status

Marks the current status of the plant. This could be Operational, Planned, Non-Operational, Retired, etc.... Any code value less than 950 is considered to be currently operational and in use. Any value 950 and above is considered to non - operational.

Note: PM's will not not add non-operational assets to work orders.

Use

A user-defined picklist of what the plant is used for.

Property ID Tag

Specifies which property from the Customer Address module is associated with the plant. Click the field caption button or press F9 for list of Address records.

Address

Identifies the physical address of the plant.
