The Equipment Tab allows users to users to link records from the Equipment Inventory module to the water pump.
This tab only appears if the Integration with Equipment option is enabled in the Water Option module.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.
Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record, or View Equipment Record.
Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following pop-up will appear:
Fill out the Equipment ID field. This can be done in the following ways.
Click the Equipment ID button for a pop-up list of equipment. Select a piece of equipment from the list.
Click in the field and press F9 for a pop-up list of equipment. Select a piece of equipment from the list.
If the pump record has a matching equipment record click in the field and press F5. The field will automatically be filled out using the Pump Number, which will automatically link it to the piece of equipment with the same ID number.
